Nick has a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science from University of Technology Sydney (Hons) and has gained extensive technical and business experience in the I.T. industry, starting with 9 years employment with IBM Australia in three divisions: Information Systems, Computer Centre and Australian Programming Centre.

Nick left IBM Australia at the end of 1995 to start Zeta Internet (www.zeta.org.au), one of the first commercial providers of Internet access and related services. Nick sold Zeta Internet to Pacific Internet (www.pacific.net.au) in early 2000.

Nick then went on to work for Pacific Internet in a senior management role in their head office in Melbourne. Nick left Pacific Internet in mid 2001 to return to his roots in Sydney and lead a more balanced lifestyle.

Making business work more efficiently and helping to provide better customer service has always been a passion of Nick's. He reinvented Tullnet Pty Ltd as a provider of workflow systems and a partner with customers in business process analysis and re-engineering in early 2002 to teach what he has learnt about the mechanics of excellence.
